Unfortunately, because of the misguided morality of bothersome organizations such as the Institute of Medicine, the American Association of Medical Colleges, the United States Senate, and the New York Times, some of us are temporarily indisposed. Department chairs who honorably made millions of dollars by promoting drugs have been fired, even though they were appropriately discrete about their income. Surgeons who sincerely falsified research in the name of science have become outcasts.  

It is therefore becoming increasingly hard to contact this silent majority. Donations to our legal fund are always appreciated.
